I tried using my voucher on Q-Tickets and it just would not go through. It kept throwing errors, so I spent way too much time retrying it like it was somehow going to magically work. When I contacted support, it felt like moving goalposts, first try this, then try that, then suddenly it’s another issue. Just a lot of back and forth with no real fix. Frustrating for something that should’ve been straightforward. I don’t think I’ll bother using them again

I’ve been using q-tickets to check movie timings, and for the most part, it’s been reliable. The show usually starts exactly as listed, so there’s no confusion when I get to the cinema. That said, one time the timing changed a bit late, which was inconvenient after already planning around it. Overall, it works fine for me, but I do feel like if a timing changes last minute, some kind of compensation or credit would be fair.

I was trying to log in to my Q-Tickets account to check a booking, and it kept sending me around in circles. I’m sure my password was right, but it still showed an error, which got frustrating fast.
I do like the idea of having bookings in one place, and the site is convenient when it actually works. But I reset my password, waited longer than expected for the email, and even the new password didn’t work properly.
The most annoying part was that there wasn’t really clear help on the page when I got stuck. It feels like the login flow needs better testing, because something that should take a minute ended up wasting a lot of time.

But then you get to checkout and suddenly the total jumps up because of the service fees?? It’s so annoying!!! It kind of feels unfair when you only realize the real price right at the end. I’d use it again if I had to, but those extra charges definitely make me stop and think twice...

The push notifications haven’t been very useful for me. A lot of them show up too late, and when they do arrive, they’re usually not that important. I also wish the app made it clearer what I’m supposed to do next after getting an alert, because most of the time I’m left guessing

My ticket got cancelled, and weeks later I’m still waiting on a refund. I’ve followed up, but nothing has really been resolved. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely feels frustrating and sketchy when your money is just stuck with no clear answers. I won’t be using them again.

But once I got to the venue, the scanner just refused to read it. The staff tried a few times, and I ended up standing off to the side while everyone else was walking in, which felt awkward.

I get that glitches happen, but if the ticket is supposed to be digital, it should actually work at the gate. The site is decent for booking, but Q-Tickets really needs to sort out the scanning part because that’s kind of the main point.

Please fix it because right now it doesn’t feel stable

The promo code went through without any issues, which was nice. Didn’t save a ton, but hey... a little money off is always appreciated!
